We are headhunters, we believe good and successful candidates do not respond to advertisement, and need to be headhunted. We reach out to targeted candidate with bespoke pitch to engage them for a more promising role with our clients. We are an executive search firm.

  • We start with a process called “Market Mapping”

    Through our market research process, we identify ALL significant players in the sector, we shortlist based on our criteria’s and we reach out to them and present a bespoke proposition. Hence, the candidate that we surfaced are usually top 20% of their specialization, usually successful and good in their area of work.
